Management of a neurological lesion involving Canalis Sinuosus: A case report

چکیده
This case report describes the management of a lesion involving Canalis Sinuosus (CS), that is bone channel originating from infraorbital canal below orbital margin and posterior to foramen coursing in an anterolateral direction anterior wall nasal cavity. A female patient, 62y, ASA 1, wearing full mobile dentures, came our clinic asking for upper jaw rehabilitation. Due severe atrophy, graft procedure was performed placement eight implants planned. One week after were positioned, patient referred pain right central incisor region, compatible with normal post-operative healing. After 15 days, since symptoms worsened became localized persistent, more detailed CBCT analysis carried out. The images demonstrated CS on side compressed by apex implant position #11. replaced shorter one adequate pharmacological therapy prescribed. All completely disappeared 30 days.
